Depending on how many people you are serving, buy 1 large Beef Steak Tomato per 1-2 people. Cut tomato center core out using small paring knife. Slice the tomato in thick slices (should have 4-5 slices). Slice fresh mozzarella cheese into the same number of thick slices as you have in tomatoes. On a serving plate or platter, alternate layering fresh Sweet Basil leaves with sliced tomato and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle salad with our Balsamic Italian Vinaigrette.
