Garden Salad

In a bed of your favorite fresh lettuce, add grape tomatoes sliced in halves, sliced green onion, cucumber slices, favorite fruit (such as organges, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, apple or pears), favorite nuts (such as pecan, walnut, almond or pine nuts), and favorite cheese (cheddar, blue cheese, gorgonzola or parmesan). Toss salad with Haute Pepper Vinaigrette for healthy, fulfilling salad.
