Tomato & Watermelon Salad

2 containers - 10 oz each – Grape Tomatoes cut in half, 6 cups of fresh watermelon cubed, ½ finely diced red onion, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese balls, 1 cup of fresh basil, cut into ribbons. Toss with our Classic Red Wine Vinaigrette (or Balsamic Italian or Haute Pepper or Lemon Mustard!), then season with sea salt and pepper and serve immediately. Love the sweetness of the watermelon contrasting with the other flavors – a real winner!
