Champagne Cobbler


Circa 1800’s – a mystery of origin


½ slice orange

1 slice lemon

1-2 Tbsp Laffite’s Gold Simple Syrup

Champagne or Sparkling white or rose wine

Garnish: fresh mint sprig and in-season berries


Gently muddle the citrus slices and simple syrup at the bottom of a short glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with fresh mint and in-season berries.
