Circa 1940’s – Ireland

2 oz Irish whiskey

1 Tbsp Laffite’s Gold Simple syrup

Coffee and Whipped Cream

Mix Irish Whiskey and Simple Syrup in heat proof coffee glass or mug. Pour hot coffee and mix; top with Whipped Cream.
