French 75
This classic cocktail was named for the French 75 millimeter gun used during World War I. It is traditionally served during holidays or special occasions because it is easy to make for a large gathering (mix the Cognac and Sweet & Sour mix ahead of time, and pour the Champagne just before serving). Our new favorite (anytime)!
INGREDIENTS2 oz Cognac (or Brandy)
2 oz Laffie’s Gold Sweet & Sour Mix
Champagne or sparkling wine
Garnish: lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONSPour Cognac and Sweet & Sour mix into a fluted glass; top with ice-cold Champagne, garnish with lemon twist. Cheers!
