2 oz tequila
2 oz Laffite’s Gold Sweet & Sour
3 to 5 ounces Sparkling Water (Pellegrino or Topo Chico or other natural ‘Club Soda’)
Lemon wedge, for garnishINSTRUCTIONS
Shake everything but the sparkling water with ice, and strain into an ice-filled tall glass. Top with sparkling water, stir and add lemon wedge for garnish.
