A 50’s classic.INGREDIENTS
2 oz Gin
2 oz Laffite’s Gold Sweet & Sour Mix
3-4 oz Sparkling water (we prefer a natural mineral water such as Pellegrino or Topo Chico)
Classic Garnish: cherry and half wheel of orangeINSTRUCTIONS
Shake everything but the sparkling water with ice, and strain into an ice-filled glass (a tall Collins glass, naturally). Top with sparkling water, stir and add garnish.
